Casa Madrid is the famed Chicago-land Mobster hangout featured on A&E’s Paranormal Cops. Serious Paranormal investigators only !!
Casa Madrid was a bar, dance hall and restaurant . An was well know for the downstairs gambling den. So many people went there for so many different reasons. It was also set up just in case of a atomic bomb. The architects name is William b. Cohan. The building started in 1946, an has many odd details to it.
MELROSE PARK was always a Mob guy’s kind of town. restaurant was the place where Sam Battaglia would hold court and decide which juice loan suckers would get near-fatal beatings when they got behind in their payments—and which would be beaten to death. The place was also the favored hangout of Mob guys like Joey Lombardo (whose son, Joe Jr., is currently being forced out of his cushy position with the Laborers’ Union), Joe Gagliano, “Wee Willie” Messino, and Rocco Infelise, who is not likely to ever get out of the Federal penitentiary.
OTHERS WHO liked theMob spot was included “Tough Tony” Capezio, “Blind Louie” Cavallaro and “Ding Dong” Carusiello.
