Monster Breakfast Fruit Crunch
Ingredients:
1 bx Yellow Cake mix
3 cn of small fruit pie filling (peach, apple, cherry, and blueberry work best)
1/2 cup coconut
1 stick of butter (not margarine)
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
shortening
1. Place all dry ingredients in a large bowl then add in half the stick of butter. This is a short cut strussel topping. Once the items are blended and look like little clumps cover and put in fridge until ready to use.
2. Get a cookie sheet and it grease very heavy with shortening.
3 Cover the top of the greased cookie sheet with the fruit topping spreading it even over the sheet.
4. Crumble the topping you made from #1 that's in your fridge over the top of the pie filling.
5. Melt the remaining stick of butter and pour it over the top of the topping
6. Bake 350 for 20-30 minutes until top is brown and crispy.
Let cool and dig in.
