HOMEMADE VENISON SAUSAGE PATTIES
HOMEMADE VENISON SAUSAGE PATTIES
*These are great for outdoors cooking.
Ingredients:
5 pounds venison, ground
5 pounds fatty pork, ground
5 Tablespoon salt
6 Tablespoons black pepper
3 Tablespoons ground red pepper
6 Tablespoons sugar
7 Tablespoons ground sage
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Pour a little oil in skillet and fry a small amount to check seasoning amounts.
3. Make whatever adjustments are needed.
4. Shape into patties and fry.
